Delivery delays

Prohibited and Restricted Items

Multi-item orders and shipments

Orders containing more than one item may be shipped in multiple parcels. Sometimes, not all of the parcels are delivered at the same time. This is a Partial Delivery of a Multi-Parcel Shipment. When you've received a partial delivery, the remaining parcels from the shipment typically arrive the same or the next day.

International Return Costs

When you return an item, you'll receive a refund for the item, less return shipping costs. Please note that initial shipping costs, duties, taxes and other fees are not refundable.

How can I track my order?

International product variations & sizes

We offer US products that are marketed and distributed in the United States and may differ from the versions sold in your shopping destination in various ways including their fit, default settings, age ratings, power specifications, and language. You are responsible for reviewing the product information made available by us and by the product's manufacturer via their website and customer support, to ensure that the product you are purchasing meets your needs and expectations.

International power compatibility

We ship products from the US that are made for use with 120V 60Hz power specifications. These specifications may not conform to your country's voltage and other electrical standards.

Ordering heavy and bulk items

If your order contains items over 150lbs or with dimensions greater than 48 inches, oversize shipping charges will apply to your order.

Which taxes apply to my order?

Items sold on Snapklik.com and shipped internationally are subject to the applicable duties and tax rates of the country, region, and postal code where your shipping address is located.

Orders containing hazardous goods

Hazardous goods are regulated by strict guidelines set by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). We ship the full range of Hazardous Goods in compliance with these regulations and the highest standards for safety.

Payment authorizations

When you place an order, Snapklik contacts the issuing bank to confirm the validity of the payment method. Your bank reserves the funds until the transaction processes or the authorization expires, but this is not an actual charge.

Shopping cart prices

This price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an item in your cart doesn't reserve the price shown at that time. The price of an item may increase or decrease between the time you place it in your cart and the time you purchase it.

Currencies and international payments

Snapklik.com orders are denominated in US dollars. When you place an order, if your credit card is based in another currency, your bank will convert the USD amount of your purchase to your card's currency at their prevailing exchange rate.

Customs inspections and information

Imports are subject to opening and inspection by customs and/or postal authorities. We may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as product names or titles, to our international carriers or agents, and such information may be communicated by the carriers or agents to customs and/or postal authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
