Payment verification is an e-commerce fraud prevention solution that protects consumers and businesses against unauthorized card use.

Your order may require payment verification if the transaction is recommended for review by one of our payment providers, including PayPal, Stripe, and Square.

To verify a payment method, we will ask to confirm information that we have provided when we processed the charge for your order. No personal or sensitive information is required.

If we have requested a payment verification for your order, you can complete the verification on the Order Details page in your account.
