Most orders arrive on time. Sometimes an order may arrive after the expected delivery date. This can be caused by incorrect address information, a missing tax identification number (in applicable countries), severe weather conditions, or customs backlogs.
Our Quality Assurance Team inspects each shipment to ensure that your order will contain the correct items, quantity, and condition.
Orders containing more than one item may be shipped in multiple parcels. Sometimes, not all of the parcels are delivered at the same time. This is a Partial Delivery of a Multi-Parcel Shipment. When you've received a partial delivery, the remaining parcels from the shipment typically arrive the same or the next day.

If your order contains items over 150lbs or with dimensions greater than 48 inches, oversize shipping charges will apply to your order.
Some parts of the world that are less densely populated or more difficult to access may be considered Remote Areas.
