How can I track my order?

You can check the status of an order at any time in the Orders section of your account, here.

To view your orders on your desktop device:

  1. Click the Accounts & Orders button on the header

  2. Select View Orders

To view orders on your mobile device:

  1. Click the Menu Button (three horizontal lines) on the top left of the header

  2. select View Orders

We’ll email updates as we process your order, including carrier tracking details for shipped orders.

Note: If you want to contact the carrier delivering your package, please view your order tracking page for the local carrier's contact information.
