You can check the status of an order at any time in the Orders section of your account, here.
To view your orders on your desktop device:
Click the Accounts & Orders button on the header
Select View Orders
To view orders on your mobile device:
Click the Menu Button (three horizontal lines) on the top left of the header
select View Orders
We’ll email updates as we process your order, including carrier tracking details for shipped orders.
Note: If you want to contact the carrier delivering your package, please view your order tracking page for the local carrier's contact information.
We ship all orders via DHL Express. In some remote areas, DHL may employ a local courier to handle the last-mile delivery. Otherwise, your order will be delivered by DHL.
Since DHL is unable to stop shipments once they have been dispatched we are unable to cancel orders once they have been shipped. If your order has already shipped, you may process a return once the delivery has been received. Please note that international shipping, duties, taxes, and processing fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs apply.
Most Customs delays are resolved in 24 - 48 hours. We monitor all shipments for Customs delays to ensure that packages clear as quickly as possible. For additional support related to Customs delays please contact us or your local DHL office.
