Damaged shipments

Our Quality Assurance Team inspects each shipment to ensure that your order will contain the correct items, quantity, and condition.

If you receive a damaged shipment or receive a defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt to initiate a damage claim. Please do not discard damaged items before submitting a claim as we may require photographs or a return of the damaged item for the claim to be processed successfully.
