Hazardous goods classification

While you are shopping, you'll find that products containing Hazardous Goods will have the applicable fees stated on the product pages, in your cart, and at checkout.

Hazardous Goods classification is complex and sometimes we may misclassify a product. If you encounter a product that is classified as Hazardous Goods but does not contain Hazardous Goods, please contact us. We will review and update the product's classification where applicable.

If you place an order for an item that has not been classified as hazardous goods, but contains hazardous goods, we will contact you and provide the option either cancel the item from your order or pay the applicable Hazardous Goods fee.
