How can I start a return?

You can initiate a return from the Orders section of your account. To start a return:

1. Visit the Orders section of your account

2. Select your order and click the Return Items button

3. Review estimated refund for the return and confirm the return

4. We'll email you a DHL return label and link to schedule a DHL pickup. You may also drop the return at a local DHL location
