This past summer was another great one for the bees.
The sweet clover bloom was a once in a decade experience. Abundant rain in May and June, coupled with cooler temperatures during the summer, allowed the yellow and white sweet clover to bloom throughout the summer. The resulting honey is mild and sweet with notes of warm beeswax and cinnamon.
