Its roller adjusts to roll uniform pasta dough into 9 thicknesses (0.5 to 3-millimeters) with the turn of a dial. Easily roll 150-millimeter-wide sheets of pasta dough for ravioli or handcut shapes, or slide on the double pasta cutter attachment to cut spaghetti and fettuccine noodles. The extra-wide clamp secures the pasta machine to work surfaces from 1 to 2.375-inch thick, while the wooden handle offers a comfortable grip during use. A translucent color-bonding process allows the brilliance of stainless steel to shine through for an extra-vibrant red color.
