Installation is straightforward, requiring only a few basic tools. Simply swap the single gang junction box within your appliance garage with the Safety Interlock Outlet, then mount the Corner Mount Limit Switch behind the cabinet door, which will detect the door position and de-energize the appliance garage outlet (and all connected devices) whenever the cabinet door is closed.
