In addition to its use as a garnish, parsley also offers mild, herby flavor that doesn’t overpower the tastes of foods like chicken, seafood, pasta and vegetables. Add parsley flakes to seasoning blends, breading mixes, and herbed butters and sauces. Use 1 tsp. Parsley Flakes in place of 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley.
