Place a feeler gauge of the desired thickness between the ground strap and the electrode 3.Turn the knob slightly until the feeler gauge is snug 4.Loosen the knob and take out the feeler gauge and spark plug Note: Due to the different spark plug brands and manufacturers will vary the materials used, so some spark plug electrodes will have a slight spring back after adjustment, if your spark plug has a spring back phenomenon, it is recommended to use a plug gauge 0.02 mm less than your target value, the springback will be the gap you want.
